Online Purchases - Return & Exchange Policy

Not in love? We accept online purchase returns in-store or you can mail them back to us. Please note the fees associated with returns below.

Also, we’re excited to share that, we have eliminated paper invoices for online orders. Your Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt emails are considered your receipt now.

Regular Priced Merchandise

RETURNS

  • Within 14 days of the shipping date, you are eligible to return your order for a 25% restocking fee with 75% returned to your original method of payment.

EXCHANGE & CREDIT

  • Within 30 days of the shipping date, you can receive a merchandise credit on a gift card. 
  • In store only — you can exchange within 30 days of the shipping date. 

After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.

We are not able to offer exchanges online. If you are fell out of love with your items, you may exchange in store, or contact our customer support team at prom@thebridalgallery.com

Sale Merchandise

EXCHANGE & CREDIT

For purchases made in store, you can exchange your purchases in store only.

Regular Priced Merchandise

RETURNS FOR STOCK ITEMS

  • All stock iteams are final sale no refunds, exchange only within 3 days of purchase.

EXCHANGE & CREDIT FOR SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

  • Within 14 days of notice of delivery to store you can exchange your item for an item of equal value.

After 14 days of notice of delivery to store, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.

Sale Merchandise

  • All sale and discounted items bought in store are final sale. Please note that sale merchandise may be in less than perfect condition and the condition is reflected in the discount.  No further discounts will be offered.

Return & Exchange Details

For all returns or exchanges:

  • Items must not be washed, worn or damaged. 
  • All original tags must be attached 
  • You must present a valid receipt.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Jewelry
  • Hosiery
  • All intimates
  • Shoes

 

Gift Cards

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card. 

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Mail Back an Online Return

Follow the two steps below to complete online returns for online purchases. If you are returning items from multiple orders, please contact our TBGProm support team to set up your return. Read more about our Online Return & Exchange Policy above.

  1. Complete a return request from the order history page if you have an account. If you checked out as a guest, please email prom@thebridalgallery.com
  2. Pack and ship your return, following the instructions outlined on the Return Confirmation page. 

Be sure to have your package postmarked and sent off within 14 days of your Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt email. Once we receive your package, we’ll process your return within 7 to 10 business days. As soon as your return is complete, we'll e-mail you and let you know. 

How to Return to Store

ONLINE PURCHASES

Should you prefer to return your online purchases to a store near you, come visit us! Simply screenshot or pullup your email receipt and we will take it from there. Read more about our Online Return & Exchange Policy above.

IN STORES PURCHASES

Simply bring your items and your printed or e-receipt to a boutique in the same country you bought the item in and we’ll take care of it.

Hit the Submit Order button before you're ready? We’ll do our best to help. During TBGProm support hours only, you have up to 30 minutes from the time you click Submit Order to cancel it by calling us at +1 604-759-9742.
